GIFT VOUCHERS TERMS

  • Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from date of purchase.

  • The Facialist Ballarat is not responsible for replacing a voucher that has been lost/stolen.

  • Gift vouchers are not valid for cosmetic injectables.

  • 24 hrs notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling (Refer to Booking Policy)

  • If you do not show for a scheduled appointment voucher will become void.

  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Gift Voucher code can be used towards booking deposit when booking online.

  • Please note that all vouchers with allocated services may be subject to fees if prices increase during the 3 year validity period. 

    To avoid potential fees due to price increases, we recommend using your voucher within 1 year of issue.
